Dr. Priya Sonpar is a counseling psychologist dedicated to promoting mental well-being, emotional resilience, and personal growth. With a strong academic foundation and extensive experience in psychological counseling, she works with individuals, professionals, and organizations to help them overcome challenges and develop healthier mindsets.

She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Mumbai and a PhD in Happiness Studies. Dr. Sonpar currently serves as the Coordinator of the Happiness Index at Rajya Anand Sansthan, Government of Madhya Pradesh, contributing to initiatives focused on enhancing well-being and quality of life.

Through her work, Dr. Sonpar combines scientific psychological methods with compassionate guidance to support individuals in managing stress, improving emotional balance, and achieving a happier life.

She has served as a Master Trainer and Visiting Faculty at several reputed training institutions where she conducts workshops, training programs, and interactive sessions focused on Mental Health, Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management, and Psychological Resilience.
